Supervisor: Prof. Vladimir Terzija
Biography:
Mahmoud Revievd his BSc. in Renewable Energy Engineering at the University of Science and Technology at Zewail City, Egypt in 2018. In 2021, he received his MSs. Degree in Energy Systems at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech), Russia. His MSc. thesis titled “Power Sharing Between Inverters in Standalone Microgrids” was under the supervision of Prof. Federico Ibanze was focused on active and reactive power sharing between inverters in a microgrid utilizing droop control methods and virtual impedance.
Currently, he is a first-year PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Vladimir Terzija where his main research areas include: power electronics, especially three-phase inverters modeling and control, microgrids, and power-sharing techniques.
