  1. Anion redox processes in cathodes for Li-ion batteries.
  2. Protective coatings on the Li-rich NMC-type cathodes.
  3. New mixed polyanion compounds for reversible Li intercalation.
  4. Organic cathode materials for lithium and sodium batteries.
  5. Advanced electrolytes for metal-ion systems.
  6. Exploring potassium-ion batteries.
  7. Making Safer Li-ion Batteries: Protective Coating of High Capacity. Cathode Materials Using Heterometallic Single-Source Precursor.
  8. Novel mixed polyanion cathode materials for metal-ion batteries.
  9. Nanoarchitectured fluorophosphate cathode & phosphorene-based hybrid anode for sodium-ion batteries.
  10. Redox Flow Batteries aqueous and non-aqueous.

Thrust 3. SOLAR ENERGY CONVERSION AND STORAGE

  1. Design of organic and hybrid solar cells with predefined and stable active layer morphology.
  2. Improved stability and performance in highly efficient lead-free hybrid perovskite solar cells.
  3. Understanding the dependence of charge transport on morphology in organic semiconductor films.

 

Thrust 4. SMART GRIDS: SYSTEMS AND DEVICES
