Supervisor: Prof. Pavel Troshin
IDC committee members: Prof. Pavel Troshin, Prof. Timofei Zatsepin, Prof. Andrey Zhugayevych
Filipp received his MSc in D.I. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology in 2017. His thesis was “New materials for photoswitchable field-effect transistors and memory devices based on them”. At Skoltech Filipp works on development of biocompatible organic semiconductors for wearable electronics. It was shown that several vat dyes possess semiconductor properties and it makes possible to use them for constructing Organic Field-Effect Transistors (OFETs). Filipp works on synthesis of derivatives of these dyes. Synthetic work is carried out in joint Skoltech-IPCP Research Center of Nanostructured Materials for Energy Conversion and Storage (Chernogolovka, Moscow Region).
