Skoltech-based startup Sunsense participated in Open Innovations Forum

Open Innovations is a large expo held in April, 10-11 in Skolkovo Technopark featuring many innovative projects ranging from seed-level startups to such giants as Rosatom and Sber. Among the Skoltech-based participants a team of CEST researchers participated with their startup project Sunsense which is developing a new generation of “solar” cells intended for use in indoor conditions. Such devices are excellent candidates for powering myriad autonomous sensors integral to the Internet of Things. On the forum Sunsense team presented two prototypes – a combined temperature and humidity sensor and e-ink screen both powered by their photomodules.
