PhD student

Ph.D. thesis: “Kinetic limitations of metal-ion batteries at low temperatures”

Supervisor: Assistant Prof. Victoria Nikitina

IDC committee members: Prof. Evgeny Antipov, Assistant Prof. Stanislav Fedotov, Assistant Prof. Victoria Nikitina

Alena received her Master degree in the field of Electrochemistry from Chemistry Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2020. Her master project has been related to the intercalation processes into Prussian Blue Analogs (Thesis: “Kinetics of redox processes of nickel hexacyanoferrate in aqueous solution of alkali and alkaline earth metal salts”). At Skoltech Alena’s research is dedicated to low-temperature metal-ion batteries operation.
