Vadim Stupnikov

Working on technical management of the project on 3D-printing of composite structures, participate in coordination and facilitation of the project operations, jointly with corresponding Center Directors and Engineers, including various aspects of development of research by government programs with partners, development of relationships and projects with leading industry players.

Graduated from «Bauman Moscow State Technical University» majoring in machine building technologies, completed his postgraduate studies in «National Institute of Aviation Technologies», and finishing Ph.D. work on the «Improving the process of manufacture of preforms for high pressure cylinders by crimping» subject

Started career in «NIAT» (2006) as engineer aircraft designer, working on the development of control of aircraft structures made of aluminum alloys and composite materials and with «Sukhoi» work on horizontal tail project, turning part influx of participation in the work on T50 and SSJ.

In 2010 moved to «Moscow Engineering Plant – Composite Technology» to work on A380 ECAR (Engineering center Airbus Moscow) project.

In 2011, moved to Scientific and educational center “New materials, composites and nanotechnology as Chief Project Engineer to work on Government contracts from the Ministry of Industry and Ministry of Education. Where was engaged in science work on vacuum technologies and vacuum ion-chemical heat treatment of parts to obtain nanostructured state diffusion layers of that differ materials and energy saving, environmental cleanliness of the processes that provide improved mechanical properties and performance parts for subsequent commercialization with their use for the treatment of loaded assemblies and parts aerospace engineering, land, energy, oil and gas pumping, transport systems. Another one project was about development of filler material modified nanoscale powders, and improved methods of application of multifunctional coverings providing more than double the life of the products working in heavy abrasion and corrosion.

After the projects was done, moved to «Institute of the general design of factories and heavy transport engineering» (GTM) as head of electrodepot “Solncevo” project group by transport complex of the Moscow Metro.
