Skoltech Associate Professor Dmitry Titov at the”Digital Industry of Industrial Russia” conference

On May 22-24, the large “Digitalization of Industrial Russia” conference took place in Nizhny Novgorod. The conference is the most representative business event, one of the five largest events in the field of digital economy in Russia. For many years, it has been a key platform for discussing the digital transformation of society and economic sectors. It is a gathering place for market leaders to share best practices, technologies, and ideas. The conference brings together leading experts in the digital economy from the business, startup community, science, and digital art.

The conference was attended by Chairman of the Russian Government Mikhail Mishustin, Minister of Trade and Industry of Russia Denis Manturov, Minister of Digital Development of Russia Maksut Shadaev, Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin and representatives of state corporations and business.

At a pitch session of the Ministry of Energy, which took place at the conference, Dmitry Titov, an associate professor at the Energy Center, presented Skoltech’s new development — the Volga ice monitoring station. The equipment was exhibited at the stand of the University Technological Entrepreneurship Platform of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
