Startup K-plus is now valued at 100 million rubles

Skoltech-born startup K-plus leveraged the expertise of the Energy Tech Hub accelerator in St. Petersburg and attracted 10 million rubles of private investments. Co-founded by PhD alumna and Junior Research Scientist Polina Morozova from the Energy Center, K-plus is now valued at 100 million rubles. It’s the only enterprise in Russia that has patented a technology for producing potassium-ion batteries — an eco-friendly energy storage option. Besides, the startup devised the concept of its own manufacturing line with the equipment needed to scale up the project.
