Skoltech researchers Aleksandra Galitsyna, Ilya Pletnev, Anna Trofimova, Mikhail Gelfand and Ekaterina Khrameeva have published a paper “Cumulative contact frequency of a chromatin region is an intrinsic property linked to its function”in PeerJ journal.
