Professor Dmitry Chudakov gave an extended interview to PCR.NEWS portal. He told about his own scientific path, computational immunological methods developed by his laboratory, their possible applications in medicine and diagnostics. Prof. Chudakov also told about his recent research focused on Spalax galili – an unusual long-living belowground rodent. This animal possesses a very peculiar adaptive immune system. Dmitry explained how unusual immune system may be related to longevity in this animal. He also told about COVID-19 vaccination in our country and possible perspectives of science in Russia.
