Petr Sergiev co-authored a review in Biochemistry (Moscow)

Professor Sergiev co-authored a review paper “Little but Loud. The Diversity of Functions of Small Proteins and Peptides – Translational Products of Short Reading Frames” ” that was published in a special issue of Biochemistry (Moscow) journal dedicated to the ninetieth jubilee of Alexander Spirin, an outstanding Russian molecular biologist who passed away last year in December. The review addresses biological properties and functions of short peptides that are translated from short upstream reading frames. Full text of the review is available here.
