Skoltech bioinformaticians Ksenia Safina, Mikhail Moldovan, Elena Nabieva and Georgii Bazykin have co-authored a recent preprint “Spread of endemic SARS-CoV-2 lineages in Russia”. In the study, researchers have analyzed in details the spread of coronavirus variants circulating in Russia, including variants that are unique for Russia. Full text of the preprint is available here.
