CLS PhD student Mikhail Moldovan and Mikhail Gelfand have published a paper “Phospho-islands and the evolution of phosphorylated amino acids in mammals” in PeerJ! The article has been previously released at bioRxiv as a preprint. In the paper, a novel approach for identification of clusters of phosphorylated proteins in mammals’ proteins is proposed.
