On February, 22 the second lecture of the course “Real science in comics” took place in “Arche”. In this lecture, Skoltech professor Mikhail Gelfand and Skoltech research scientist Pavel Mazin talked about an amazing ability of the mosquito Polypedilum vanderplanki to dry out in unfavorable conditions and then fully restore its vital activity.
