On October 26, Iana Fedorova, a junior research scientist in Konstantin Severinov’s research group, is giving a talk at the conference “BiotechClub 2018”. The conference covers different rapidly developing biotechnology areas such as biomedical engineering and biohacking, immunotherapy, machine-learning in biotechnologies etc. The conference will take place in Moscow.
Iana will give a short overview of CRISPR Cas systems biodiversity and present data on characterization of several Cas9 orthologs derived from the research project “Delivery of New Nucleases by AAV for Gene Therapy of Hereditary Diseases” (funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia).
