Dear Skoltech Biomed family,
We are glad to announce that Dr. Charlie Cantor, the legend of global biochemistry and biotechnology, comes to Skoltech to serve as the keynote speaker at the Innovation workshop. Dr. Cantor served as the top faculty of the top research centers, published the top cited research papers in the history of biomedical sciences, wrote the biochemistry textbook studied by tens of thousands of students, and developed the prenatal genomics diagnostics method that is global golden standard today.

Dr. Cantor will give the IW keynote talk in the main hall (“Kazan”) of the Skolkovo Technopark.
This talk is going to be general discussion of innovation, but Dr. Cantor will base the talk on the story of Sequenome Inc. and prenatal diagnostics journey.
- Tuesday, September the 4th at 5:30 pm
in the same “Kazan” hall Dr. Cantor will give the dedicated hardcore biomedical talk ”Current trends in Biomedical Innovation”.
He will talk about AI in genomics, clinical development of orphan drugs, and the highlights of liquid biopsy.
