Summary:

Ignat graduated from the Physics Faculty of Moscow State University with a master’s degree in Nanomaterials. Then he worked at the Wave Research Center of the General Physics Institute RAS, where he studied the interaction of laser radiation with matter. In 2021 he defended his Ph.D. thesis in the specialty Laser Physics.
