Research project: In vivo study of the role of the adaptation complex of type I-E CRISPR-Cas system of Escherichia coli.

Research interests: CRISPR-Cas adaptation in the type I-E system of E. coli. Cas1-Cas2 complex specificities for PAM recognition during naive and primed adaptation, the role of Cas1 in PAM specificity choice, spacer length and protospacer origin in vivo.
