Laboratory works on development and applications of methods of fluorescence labeling and imaging of biological models. The focus is on genetically encoded or targeted tags for visualization of specific cellular proteins and functional processes in live cells and animals. Main topics are: multiparameter imaging; fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM); genetically encoded sensors; phototoxic fluorescent proteins; super-resolution fluorescence microscopy.
