Skoltech researchers Sofia Medvedeva, Daria Artamonova, Matvey Kolesnik, Vasily Sitnik and Konstantin Severinov have co-authored a paper “Natural diversity of CRISPR spacers of Thermus: evidence of local spacer acquisition and global spacer exchange” recently published in “Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society B” journal.
