Ph.D. thesis: “Development of new approaches to fabrication of highly stable and efficient perovskite solar cells”.
Supervisor: Prof. Keith Stevenson
Artyom graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2018 from Faculty of Fundamental Physical and Chemical Engineering. His diploma work was dedicated to the development of eco-friendly aqueous processed semiconductors for organic electronics. At Skoltech Artyom’s focus of research is photochemical stability of perovskite solar cells. In his current project, he works on the screening of the existing hole-transport materials (HTMs) and design of the new inorganic and hybrid organic-inorganic materials with purpose of determining the key design rules for HTMs that provide the best stability for the perovskite solar cells at the same time allowing for high power conversion efficiency.
