Evgenii Sharaborin was born on December 21, 1992, in Pokrovsk, Yakutia. He has BSc and MSc degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics with honors of Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), the department of Problems of Physics and Energetics, the base department – the Problem of Nuclear Safety in modern energetics technologies. Currently, he is a second-year Ph.D. student at the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) at the Center for Design, Manufacturing, and Materials. The Advisor of Evgenii is Aslan Ramazanovich Kasimov.
His area of interests includes the development of effective machine learning methods, adaptive mesh refinement approaches, and multi-component/phase flow modeling and simulation.
The topic of Ph.D. research is “Multiscale modeling of complex rheology polymer resin flow” using an adaptive multiresolution method Basilisk which is one of the best open source software for simulation of multiphase flow.
