Industrial immersions imply working in a company/organization, not in a laboratory of an educational institution. Students do not just apply and expand their technical knowledge and skills and gain expertise but also learn about the business context of the sector and particular enterprise: its culture, stakeholders, strategy and its operations and technical products and systems of the company.
CDISE educational program supports Master and PhD students’ academic mobility both inside and outside Russia. Academic mobility research is performed as part of thesis research and is carried under the supervision of Skoltech faculty and co-supervision by the academic mobility host.
